P.A.S.S.

P.A.S.S., short for Parental Access Support System, is a feature that PVCS offers to help keep track of your students progress and empower the parents of our students to assist in their education. It is a very simple system that gives you immediate access to their current progress in school.

If your child is currently enrolled at PVCS*, you are given free access to this system. We would simply ask that you fill out a P.A.S.S. agreement form (available at the school) in order for us to give you the required information to utilize this tool. Please note: NO personal information for any student is stored on our website.

Once you have put in your child’s USER and PIN, to see their current class scores, click the link that says SCHEDULE/PROGRESS. This will give you detailed list of the students classes. To see their current updated grades, click the blue link to the right that says “PROGRESS”. This should load their grades for that class. If not, the teacher has yet to input the grades into our system, but should be doing so shortly.

As we continue to roll out this new system, you will see more and more of the links to the right begin to contain data.
